Suit Master offers free shipping to anywhere in the world on orders exceeding $ 100 . As we make our garments from scratch, sometimes orders may take slightly more time than anticipated. Suit Master cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays beyond its control. As far as worldwide shipping is concerned, Suit Master currently offers two options to our clients. Fed ex Thailand Standard Post In case, your bespoke suit doesn’t meet the standards you’ve expected while ordering, you don’t need to panic. In fact, with most of the bespoke clothing, it’s rather necessary to make some little tweaks along the way to get flawless end results. The first step is to contact us and let us know your current measurements. We will make sure to update your measurements in your profile to reflect any changes, so that your future orders of bespoke suits will fit your frame perfectly.
We offer no refunds in case of fully customized bespoke wear. According to the current international laws, bespoke clothing has no resale value as we cannot resell or reuse these products. Once you place the order, it is processed with in a very short time and the production process is commenced right away. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the transaction process is completed.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY OCCUR
There are no additional charges if order is shipped by Thai post. If the order is sent by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or any courier and the delivery address is out of coverage area(Remote area) all the extra charges will be paid by customer. The complete list can be checked at Remote area with your country and zip code Customer will be informed before shipping the order and then customer can decide the shipping mode
CUSTOM AND TAXES
All the duties will be paid by customer regarding your order or unless specified . Country to country the duties are not same. For more information contact your local custom office.
Our goal is to process all orders within 6-8 weeks of receipt and measurements approved by our staff. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Sunday 8:00AM - 11:00PM ICT, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing your order you will be contacted within two business days. If the shipment send by FedEx will take 4-7 working days. If the shipment send by Thailand post will take approx 7-25 days.
TRACE AND TRACK
All the shipment have tracking no and traceable on our website at trace and tracking page or visiting at shipping company's website. Shipment send by Thailand post weighing less then 1 K.G are not traceable.
If the courier loses or fails to deliver your goods then a claim must be made by customer. We will provide you with a copy of our "proof of posting", and an invoice for your order, to enable you to make an inquiry at your local Depot, or claim against the courier. Orders shipped by various couriers ( DHL, UPS etc) have very less changes of loss. In case we found wrong shipping address submitted by customer then customer is responsible all charges occurs by that mistake.
